To celebrate our love of the Isle of Anglesey, we offer this blend which is a complex roast. Just as Anglesey is a diverse mix of people so this blend combines five different types of beans, including Monsoon Malabar, Sumatra Lintong Toba and Ethiopian Mocha.
The blend is roasted at a medium-high temperature, which creates a tongue-tingling cup of coffee. Who couldn’t love it?
